Sealed Letters
Everything said in audience is under seal. This page states what the chancery holds, and for what.
What the chancery holds
- Your roll entry: email, scrambled password, chosen first name, birthday, gender, plus any free text on your standing.
- Your audiences, and each courtier's notes about you, which are how she recalls your promises.
- One cookie keeps you signed in; a second records that you broke the adults-only seal.
- Tithe records: an amount and a reference. No card number ever arrives, because cards are not taken.
- Ordinary server logs, kept briefly for security.
What it is used for
To run audiences, enforce court law and keep the kingdom standing. A language model of ours, or of a vendor held to this single job, processes the messages, while automated screens look them over for safety. Your letters find no buyer, and no advertiser reads them.
Counting petitioners
A plain counter notes how many people arrive and roughly from where. It cannot read an audience.
What you control
From any chat menu you may revise her notes, copy the audience or strike it. Erasing your whole roll entry means writing to the chancery from its address. Any rights your own law grants beyond these are honoured as well.
