The courts open
Sixteen courtiers of four courts have taken their seats, each with a seal and an entry in the almanac. You draw a phase, an envoy is sent, and she remembers what you promise.
Swearing in costs nothing. New envoys hold 3 days with all four courts open, then wane to 10 messages a day; Plus removes the number.
Every seal now holds a portrait, each with an adult face and body, and a banner of the moon stair opens the home page. The kingdom has no video yet; should it, you will read of it in this book first.
